Frequently Asked Questions
We purchase retro (and some current!) authentic NTSC (North American) game cartridges/cds/dvds/blu rays for many older popular Nintendo, Sony, and Sega systems. Price quotes are for loose
cartridge values or complete (disc, case, cover artwork) for disc based systems. We do not accept loose copies of disc based system games. All games must be in working order with minimal wear.
All games must be original authentic (no reproductions) copies from the NTSC (North America) region.
All disc based system games must include the case, cover artwork. We do not buy loose disc based games.

If a game has been determined to be inauthentic, is a non NTSC (North American) game, has excessive label damage, case damage, writing, scratch damage, or is unreasonably dirty or smelly,
we are not able to accept the item. In some cases if the damage is deemed to be unacceptable we might provide a lower offer depending
on the severity and will reach out to see if you would like to accept the lower value or have the item(s) returned to you at your expense. If the value of the other acceptable
items is over the amount it would cost to ship back to you we can deduct the shipping costs from the payout value. If an item is determined to be unacceptable and we cannot offer a lower
payout value the items will be donated/recycled if you choose to not pay for shipping them back to you.
We have a small limit per customer/title on the qty we are able purchase.
Please include the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Please package your items appropriately so that box contents are secure and insulated from damage. Make sure there are no loose items that are able to freely move around inside of the package.
The determination of if we can pay you for the quoted amount based on item condition is based on how it arrives to us and not the condition it was mailed out in.
You are responsible for making payment to cover the cost of shipping any items back to you should you choose if we have determined that a lower value than quoted or outright rejection of any
item(s) occur.
If we never recieved the shipment you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider. If some items are missing from the package
we recieve we can assist you in providing the values of those items for your claim with the shipping carrier.
See the two sections on types of games we do and do not buy above. If any games do not meet the criteria of those sections we may reject the item or offer a lower value than the
estimate you were shown on the site. We will reach out to you via email if either occur and you will have 5 business days to respond to accept the lower offer or have rejected items sent back
to you at your expense. If we haven't received a response/payment for rejected items to be shipped back to you, we will pay out the order and will not be able to send back any rejected items.
Payments at this time can only be made via PayPal. Please make sure to provide an accurate paypal email address for the payment to be sent to when we have processed your items.
Processing and payment of your items should be completed within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. If payment adjustments or rejection of items happen
in the process of processing your order we will reach out to you via email and you will have 5 business days to respond to accept the lower offer or have rejected items sent back
to you at your expense. If we haven't received a response/payment for rejected items to be shipped back to you, we will pay out the order and will not be able to send back any rejected items.
